How does payment work?
Full payment at booking locks your dates. Until payment is complete, the dates are not held.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are not refunded.
Why book direct instead of on a platform?
You deal straight with the owner and skip the platform service fees, so the same stay costs less.
Can I book a long stay?
Yes, stays of 28 nights or more are welcome at both villas. Contact us for long-stay rates.

When are the pool and jacuzzi open?
Both are heated and open 24 hours a day from April to October.
How many people does the villa sleep?
Six guests: 4 adults and 2 children, across 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.
Is the villa suitable for children?
Yes. A travel cot and a high chair are available on request for a small fee.
Is there parking and EV charging?
Three free spaces in the driveway, free street parking, and an electric vehicle charger on site.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 unless agreed otherwise. Keys are handed over by the host.
Are parties allowed?
No parties, and quiet after 22:00. Smoking is not allowed inside.

How many people does Sa Blava sleep?
Up to 7 guests: two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a single bedroom, and an extra bed in the open-plan office.
Are pets allowed at Sa Blava?
Yes, pets are welcome. Let us know when you book.
How far is the beach?
Tamariu and Llafranc beaches are about 5 minutes by car. The house sits in the hills, away from the road and the crowds.
Does Sa Blava have air conditioning?
Yes, there is air conditioning, plus heating for cooler months, and wifi throughout.
Is there parking?
Yes, private parking on the property.
